The Council compiles a current and comprehensive listing of drug and alcohol resources for the community. Below you will find a list of resources, categorized by the intended audience. If you are aware of a resource that is not listed here and should be, please email the information to the Council.

Afterschool Alliance - The nation's leading voice for afterschool, the Afterschool Alliance is the only organization dedicated to raising awareness of the importance of afterschool programs and advocating for more afterschool investments.

Alcohol Screening - answers questions and evaluates your personal alcohol consumption.

Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America - Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America, or CADCA, is a non-profit organization that works to strengthen the capacity of community coalitions in their effort to create and maintain safe, healthy and drug-free communities.

DUI Foundation - a database of knowledge covering health issues, legal information, current news and events updates, details on support programs, as well as research and other helpful resources.

Join Together Online - a national resource center and meeting place for communities working to reduce substance abuse and gun violence.

MOMSTELL - promotes awareness and eliminate the stigma of substance abuse through improving treatment, education, legislation, policy and prevention.

Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) - grassroots organization working for effective solutions to drunk driving and underage drinking problems.

Oncology Stat - free access to cancer resources including Oncology Stat journals, news and forums.

PA Coalition Against RAPE (PCAR) - an organization working at the state and national levels to prevent sexual violence.

Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) - the PLCB is committed to preventing underage drinking and the misuse of alcohol by adults.

Pennsylvania Statewide Afterschool/Youth Development Network - PSAYDN promotes sustainable, high-quality out-of-school time youth development programs through advocacy and capacity building to enhance the welfare of Pennsylvania’s children, youth and families.
