The Council compiles a current and comprehensive listing of drug and alcohol resources for the community. Below you will find a list of resources, categorized by the intended audience. If you are aware of a resource that is not listed here and should be, please email the information to the Council.

National Alliance for Drug Endangered Children - nonprofit organization founded to assist and care for children who are in danger because thier parents/caregivers are manufacturing, dealing, or using drugs.

National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence (NCADD) - provides access to alcohol and other drug information and intervention resources.

National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) - organized into divisions and offices, each of which play a key role in drug abuse research.
National Mentoring Partnership - guidelines on how to be a quality mentor and how to start a mentoring program. Also includes relevant news, research, and information for mentoring businesses, foundations, and policymakers.
Northeast Counterdrug Training Center - provides Drug Law Enforcement and Demand Reduction Agencies, within the geographic boundaries of the Northeastern United States, with a NO-COST training center.
PA Commission on Crime and Delinquency - promotes a collaborative approach to enhance the quality of justice through guidance, leadership and resources by empowering citizens and communities and influencing state policy.
