Above the Influence Day

On Thursday, October 18, 2012 the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) is sponsoring the first National “Above the Influence” (ATI) Day to celebrate youth who avoid pressure to use drugs and alcohol.  On this date, thousands of youth across the nation will be participating in activities showing they are “Above the Influence.”

The Council on Chemical Abuse would like to connect you with some resources and activities your students could take part in.  We are very exited about this day and would love to hear about any student involvement and school participation.  We hope you are able to check out some of the following links and get your school or organization involved with this national day of celebration and education.
