How to Get Naloxone


VISIT and click “Get Training.” When training is completed, PRINT your certificate.

If you do not have access to a computer, you can come into our office and complete the training.


NUMBER 2BRING your printed certificate and a photo ID to the COCA office at 601 Penn Street, Suite 600 (6th Floor), Reading, PA 19601 between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The elevators in the building require a card to access the 6th floor. Let security know you are going to visit the Council on Chemical Abuse.


MEET with a COCA staff member to COMPLETE the required brief paperwork and RECEIVE your Naloxone Overdose Prevention kit.
