Vladimir currently provides coaching, consulting, training, facilitating, motivational speaking, grant writing and much more. He obtained his Human Services degree with a minor in Professional Management and is a Certified Grants Specialist, Certified Recovery Specialist and an Offender Workforce Development Specialist (OWDS), along with many other certifications. Vladimir is a life-long learner. Vladimir has been a trainer and worked with at-risk persons, their families and communities for over 22 years. He has been working with research and evidence-based prevention programs over the last Eighteen years. Vladimir has developed and initiated several training curricula, as well as evidence-based prevention and after-school programs, which have had outstanding results with people that have multiple barriers and risk factors. His life work now centers on helping ex-offenders as well as other professionals, adults, and families to better impact the lives of people and communities, so that they can maximize their full potential.
