This is a practical course in the use of this placement tool for adolescents that will allow participants to review the process of matching patients in need of treatment with treatment services and settings in order to maximize treatment accessibility, effectiveness, and efficiency. This is a required training for adolescent drug and alcohol counselors. However, this training is appropriate for any professional who works with adolescent clients with substance abuse concerns , or staff from social service agencies including children and youth, adult and juvenile probation, domestic relations, job training and employment and public assistance.
Six CAC a credits will be offered for this workshop.
